At Ark Institute of Biblical Studies, we are committed to integrity, transparency, and fairness in all financial matters. Please carefully review the following refund policy before submitting payment.

1. Non-Refundable Application Fee

All application fees are strictly non-refundable.

The application fee covers administrative processing, academic review, and evaluation of submitted documents. Once an application has been submitted and processed, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal, non-acceptance, or change of decision by the applicant.

2. Tuition Refund Policy

A. Before Course Commencement

  • If a student withdraws before the official start date, tuition fees may be refunded minus:

    • The non-refundable application fee

    • Any administrative processing charges

B. After Course Commencement

If a student withdraws after classes begin, the following schedule applies:

  • Within 7 days of the start date: Up to 75% tuition refund (excluding application and registration fees)

  • Within 14 days of the start date: Up to 50% tuition refund

  • After 14 days: No tuition refund will be granted

3. Registration & Administrative Fees

All registration, enrollment, and administrative fees are non-refundable, unless the Institute cancels the program.

4. Course Cancellation by the Institute

If Ark Institute of Biblical Studies cancels a course or program:

  • Students will receive a full refund of tuition paid

  • Application and administrative fees may be refunded at the Institute’s discretion

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Refunds will be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Incorrect payment amounts

Processing time: 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

6. Payment Disputes

Any payment dispute must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the transaction and must include:

  • Student Name

  • Invoice or Transaction ID

  • Proof of Payment

  • Detailed Reason for Request

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

7. Scholarships & Sponsored Students

If a student receiving financial aid, sponsorship, or scholarship withdraws:

  • Refund eligibility will be reviewed case-by-case

  • Scholarship awards are not transferable or refundable

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergency, visa refusal (for international students), or other serious documented circumstances, the Institute reserves the right to review refund requests compassionately and at its sole discretion.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Approved Mobile Wallet).

10. Important Notice

Enrollment in any course or program at Ark Institute of Biblical Studies constitutes full acceptance of this refund policy.
