The Nations Are Waiting for Teachers
The harvest is Great, but the laborers must be Equipped.
Across the world, believers are hungry for the truth of Scripture. Many desire to grow deeper in their faith, understand the Word of God, and step into their calling—but they need teachers who will guide, equip, and disciple them.
At AIBS, we believe God is raising instructors who will help prepare a generation of believers to stand firm in truth and advance the Gospel across the nations.
If God has given you a passion to teach His Word and raise disciples, this may be your opportunity to step into a Kingdom assignment.
Why Teach at AIBS?
Global Kingdom Impact
As an instructor, your teaching will reach students across different regions of the world who are hungry to grow in their understanding of Scripture and their calling in Christ.
Multiply Disciples and Leaders
When you teach one student, you are not only influencing one life—you are helping equip future pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and leaders who will continue the work of the Gospel.
Strengthen the Body of Christ
Your instruction will help build believers who are biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and equipped to stand firm in truth in a rapidly changing world.
Teach with Eternal Purpose
Teaching at AIBS is more than an academic role. It is a Kingdom assignment to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to raise a generation that walks in truth, faith, and boldness.
Equip the Restricted Nations
One of the most powerful aspects of teaching at AIBS is the opportunity to equip believers in restricted and hard-to-reach nations. Across the world, there are followers of Christ who hunger for Biblical teaching but have limited access to theological training due to cultural, political, or religious restrictions.
Through your instruction, students in these regions can receive sound doctrine, discipleship, and spiritual formation that may otherwise be unavailable to them.
Your teaching may strengthen underground believers, raise courageous leaders, and empower servants of the Gospel who faithfully advance the Kingdom in places where the light of the Gospel shines under great pressure.
What you teach today could ignite revival, strengthen persecuted believers, and equip leaders who will carry the message of Christ into places many cannot go.
Who are we Looking For?
We seek instructors who carry both biblical conviction and a servant’s heart.
Ideal instructors are individuals who:
Have a strong foundation in biblical truth and theology
Demonstrate spiritual maturity and integrity
Carry a genuine passion for teaching and discipleship
Are committed to advancing the mission of the Gospel
Are willing to prepare and deliver structured, impactful lessons
- Are ready to launch their trained missionaries directly into the bloodline of the nations all across the globe.
Above all, we seek instructors who recognize that teaching the Word of God is a sacred responsibility and a Kingdom calling.
How to become an instructor?
Step into the Calling
Becoming an instructor at AIBS is not just a role—it is a divine assignment. God is raising leaders who will equip believers, disciple nations, and multiply the Gospel across the earth.
If you carry a passion for Scripture, a heart for teaching, and a desire to equip others for ministry, this is your moment to step into a Kingdom calling. Your lessons could empower underground believers, strengthen leaders in restricted nations, and influence generations yet to come.
This is more than teaching—it is impacting eternity through discipleship and spiritual formation.
